Our second instalment where we ask Money, the all important question.

Are you the root of all evil?

Dear Human,

Well absolutely, haven’t you seen me in my Devil outfit – Prada, that is?

I’ve always wondered what evil actually meant? You see, from my perspective, what is wrong for someone, may very much invariably be right for another. Unjust actions, evil plans, mis-behaviours, mis-demeanours, it’s all relative!

If you mean to ask, whether I am the reason for much that is wrong in the world, as much as I would hate to admit it, there possibly is some truth in that.

But, big BUT, obviously, all these wrongs do not stem from what I am, or the role I play.

It stems simply in the perception of man towards me. Both the intrinsic AND extrinsic value they place on what Money actually is, is what really defines the role that I play in your society.

I can do no more good than evil, all by myself. It really is what you make of me, that makes me what I am to you.

So what do I mean to you?
